I've been using Brave browser to earn passive BAT for a while at work until recently when they blocked it. I hadn't seen my recent rewards for a few weeks so I went to check my balance on Gemini. On November 20th there is a deposit of over 105k BAT.
I thought there's no way, so I tried transferring a portion to another exchange, fully expecting it not to go through but it did. I have no idea what to do with this now. Is this mine? Do I leave it where it is for a certain amount of time to see if it goes away? Have any of you experienced anything like this?
I've got some experience with crypto and have seen airdrops of fake and/or scam crypto but this doesn't appear to be that, especially since the amount I transferred went through. Any suggestions are appreciated.
