Left translated cycle?

What do you guys think of the idea of a left translated cycle, that Bob Loukas mentions as a possibility (although not his highest probability scenario)?

The left translated cycle, consists in believing that if you take the mid point of the next 4 year cycle that just started, so 2 years from now, at that point the ascending phase of the cycle will already have concluded and the descending phase of the cycle will have already begun.

In other words, a left translated cycle would be a quick and strong uptrend first (2023 and some part of 2024), then a long and painful correction for most of the time during that 4 year cycle.
