Legal action against Revolut for holding my crypto?

I have ran into a problem with my bank Revolut because of an issue about my crypto deposit there.

Once purchased, your cryptocurrencies are securely stored in a 'pooled' virtual currency account, which combines both 'hot' and 'cold' wallets. This is a repository of virtual currency private keys. They maintain their own internal ledger, which records our exposure that is reflected in the cryptocurrency account in our Revolut app.

When you make a deposit to your Revolut crypto wallet it will be pending until their automated-system checks your transaction if it’s confirmed on the blockchains 3 times before they confirm and allow access to it for you.

On the 15. December my friend made a crypto withdrawal of 1200usdt Tether from his Revolut wallet to my Revolut wallet. The transaction showed “Complete” in etherscan the same night and when I look at my wallet from a decentralised wallet it shows that the money is in there already. On Revolut it still says pending tho…

They informed me in my formal complaint final answer that it is a technical problem in their systems and that their product team has been working on my issue this whole time. They are still telling me to just wait more.

Should I really sit here and wait hoping that my money will finally come or can I do something about it?
