Living in a non-crypto friendly country, what are my options?

I've been captivated by the crypto world for the past few years and have spent that time understanding the blockchain, solidity and web3 in general. To make a long story short I'm in a situation where buying crypto from exchanges isn't an option and I'm wondering how I can get started investing and building projects (can't build projects without gas fee money) with no access to an on ramp?

Are you aware of any websites that I can get paid in ETH for work I do?

Maybe websites I can sell things in real life for crypto?

Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated!
