Looking for co-founders for a blockchain music protocol

I am in the process of starting a decentralized music protocol on ethereum and am looking for cofounders to launch it with (currently equity only). Without giving away too much info, I will try to summarize what it will be about below.

Music streaming services have always gotten the larger slice of the pie when it comes to streaming revenue, while also not allowing artists any control over how their music is distributed and how fans interact with it. This makes it very hard for artists to make a living as they need 441,900 streams on Spotify just to make $1462, which is right above the poverty line. This is a problem that protocols have tried to, but have not fully solved -namely Audius- because most of them do not have a current model for paying artists. This is where the protocol I am proposing comes in because we do in fact have a model for paying artists. On top of this users will be able to share music and interact through some social media-like aspects. And one misconception that I'd like to quickly address is that this is NOT an NFT music platform (although there will eventually be some NFT functionality involved), it is a music streaming platform aimed at fairly compensating and benefitting artists while allowing users to dictate their own experience.
