Minimum conversion limit is locking my money, any work around?

I put around 150 Euros into 10 different very cheap coins (wink, BTT, Polygon, etc...) so like 15 euro for each. Some went down in value , some went up by 3 times in value. Now I’m trying to convert all of them back to BUSD so I can convert them into some other coin. But it tells me I’m below the conversion limit on all of them. even my Polygon investment which is now worth 36 euros, still requires that I have 64 polygon when I have 42 currently. So I have around 200 euros currently locked because I can’t convert them into any other coins due to the minimum conversion limit. Is there a way to by pass that without forcing me to add more money and lose more in conversions ?
