My Intermediate Verification keep sfailing. All document given, still same problem.

Hello. I have a very big problem relating the Intermediate Verification process. So far i have tried to send all the bills i have received on last month, bank statement, even from my country official page the proof of address, but still. Nothing. Also in our country we don`t have a cable internet bills (only provider is maybe Telia, maybe...., i have Tele2), all is behind phone numbers now, so for us the mobile bills and internet are on the same bills, but on separate numbers.

I am out of options what to do. The country where i live is Estonia. I also don`t have many bills to pay (don`t have car, don`t have mortrage stuff (own farm place, what we need to mortrage bills then?), electricity bills is right now under my mother name, i am on the line to get the farm house, etc..., right now moving on the two places - on university dorms and campus and on the home area, university bills don`t even want to accept Binance) .
