Hello,
I am a Romanian citizen residing in Spain that does not have a passport as of now and won't be getting one soon. The new legislation in the EU demands me to either give Binance a passport or a Residence permit. I have a residence permit but it does not have an image, and I can't just use my Romanian ID below because support told me that is not supported.
They don't have an option for just Romanian IDs neither. Only passport. And, again, I don't have neither the time nor resources to get a passport in the near future.
What can I do in this case? Can I find a decent alternative to Binance that will allow me to just use my Romanian ID? It seems every exchange I've looked up asks you for a passport.
