Note: Team behind Baby Musk rug pull active again

Last month, yet another large-scale so-called "rug pull" took place. Baby Musk (BABYMUSK) was a meme-coin that obviously tried to attract the interest of dogecoin (DOGE) and shiba inu (SHIB) investors. The project raised several million in a short time, but then the developers ran off with all the money. It seems that this same team is now planning to scam gullible investors again.

Big Coin (BIG)

The editors of Crypto-Insiders were made aware of this possible scam by a loyal reader. He indicated that he had previously participated in the Baby Musk airdrop and was thus in the project's Telegram group. The Baby Musk team disappeared from the radar, but this group continued to exist. Recently, the name of the Telegram group was suddenly changed to "Big Coin Discuss.

So it seems very likely that the team behind the Baby Musk rug pull is active again. This time a new coin is being promoted under the name Big Coin (BIG). On the project's website, nice promises are made and the project is announced as "the next big thing. They even play on gullible investors by stating on the website that everyone is surely tired of rug pulls and other types of scams. However, all indications are that Big Coin is nothing more than such a vulgar scam. While we obviously can't say with 100% certainty at this point that this is a rug pull or honeypot scam, investors would do well to stay far away from Big Coin. The signs are abundantly clear.

Crypto scams

Unfortunately, it happens every day that crypto investors are robbed of their hard-earned money by scammers and fraudsters. Big Coin is just the latest example of a crypto project whose sole purpose is to take money from unwitting victims.

Especially on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC), which Big Coin obviously also runs on, crypto scams are the most normal thing in the world. A while back, the blockchain security company Peckshield announced a list of a lot of crypto scams on the BSC. Meanwhile, we can also add Big Coin to this list.
