Hey guys, just wanted to let you know about my experience with this company, I got scammed of almost $5,000 in crypto and I know others use it so please be careful.
It started with the charging ridiculous fees such as a $500 USDT fee to swap USDT to BTC. Then it escalated, funds being lost, funds being frozen and not retrievable, I try to talk to their support, I got no answer, we had used them as a crypto payment processor for our business and they made our life a living hell. $5,000 stolen within a month, we just deactivated our account and won’t be using their platform anymore. Please be safe, lots of messed up companies out there tryin to steal from innocent people and businesses.
Has anyone worked with them? What should I do? Do I attempt to recover the funds? Or call it a loss and move on?
