| I logged in into Poloniex (for the primary time this yr) and shortly after I obtained the above e-mail that appears to originate from Binance. It asks if I tried to login at Binance from a MacOS system from Hong Kong. The number is a Swiss quantity. E mail seems trustworthy at first glance, is written in my language with no errors with a Swiss quantity to name (but there's the missing anti-phishing code and the sender was not Binance but sand.com). May be coincidence, however the e-mail used at Poloniex by no means received phishing emails. So I'm wondering if there's someone at Poloniex is giving current login knowledge to a scammer. Watch out. [link] [comments] |
