Question Regarding Using BinanceUS in Restricted State

Hi all,

Not sure if this question is allowed. But I'm in a state down south that for some reason doesn't seem to like crypto as a freedom. lol

There are a lot of altcoins and tokens that seem to only be on Binance (or at least Binance is the only large exchange with them). Currently, I have Kraken Pro. Foremost, do Binance and Binance.US offer all the same altcoins and tokens?

Binance won't let me move money from banks in my state onto their exchange. But can I transfer my crypto from Kraken to Binance and then once in there switch it to USD (assuming no direct crypto-crypto pairs are available) and then buy the altcoins or tokens I want? I do have and know how to use VPNs.

So I guess my question has 3 parts, and do the answers change whether or not it's normal Binance or Binance.US?

• - Firstly, is it POSSIBLE?
• - Secondly, is it LEGAL?
• - Thirdly, if it is technically illegal, what does that mean? Would Binance seize my coins/USD? Should I make my account with a fake address that's out of my state?
