Few days ago a friend sent a big amount of USDC from Binance to Celsius network. The only choise was binance chain. He never received the coins so we contacted the support. The support told us that currently the binance chain is not working and we began the retrieval procedures . We uploaded the documents and we are waiting about 2 days without any further response. Can Binance help in the retrieval? Did someone have the same experience?
