Richard Heart's real name is Richard J. Schueler and the story behind it is crazy

On July 31st the SEC brought a complaint against Richard J. Schueler a/k/a Richard Heart, Hex, PulseChain, and PulseX. What caught my mind is that Richard Heart's real name isn't Richard Heart. It turns out that he is really Richard Schueller.

It turns out that Richard Heart claimed he used an alias due to being in show business and wanting a stage name, robbers in Panama threatening him, and gangsters that killed someone being after him.

A blogger who was in Richard Heart's small circle including private chat groups in 2017 called him out on it privately before Richard Heart released his first token. The conversation did not go as expected and the blogger wrote about it and included private DMs that he was intending on keeping private because he felt his life was being threatened. Here are the crazier outtakes from the DMs after he attempted to Richard Heart's side of the story.

Blogger: why not tie it to your real name and identity? I assume your real name isn't Richard Heart?

Richard Heart: show biz uses better names not worse names, I'm in da showbiz....

Richard Heart: ....I got robbed in Panama. the living shit out of me. which i'm really not happy to do. but oh well. and i have people that robbed me there that have threatened my life. which I am really not happy to give them a target. because i still have cases against them in Panama...
