From what I understand, Monero can be just as untraceable as Tornado Cash. Doing BTC > TC > BTC or BTC > XMR > BTC is quite the same and assets are now anonymized and untraceable.
So why Monero tech is still easily available, for example, its Github repository? Why haven't Monero's lead devs been bothered, like arrested for whatever reason? Why aren't there any OFAC sanctions (maybe there are but I dind't see anything)?
Am I missing something important? Maybe I don't fully understand some basics?
