MultiversX Tracker is Live!

So you saw the post on the front page and have no idea how people are following their wallet? Here's a beginner guide to Etherscan

All Cryptocurrencies

This post is meant to help out some new people or expand some knowledge in crypto. I won't get too into it but hopefully this helps and others will add in some other tricks in the comments.

So you've seen the whole insider trading wallet and were wondering how to follow it? Well first off head to etherscan.io here you can veiw the ledger of any wallet/transaction. (Well most of them) things like Tornado and Monero don't appear. I would first type in in or copy/paste your own wallet address into the search bar.

From here scrolling down a little bit you can see an overview square. You can see the total ETH value and by selecting the token drop down you can see all the coins in the wallet (helpful to sort if the wallet makes 294829 transactions a day)

Scrolling further down you can see a transactions/ERC20 Token Transactions and Analytics tabs. I usually hit the ERC 20 Transactions if I'm trying to follow a wallet. So using the insider trading wallet as an example. When you select this you get a list of transactions. On the top there are some things to help

AGE - How long ago the transaction was.

FROM/TO - this is from X wallet to Y Wallet or Contract (if they bought from the creation wallet)

And there should be a IN or OUT this is pretty self explanatory. It's whether the tokens were going into the wallet or out.

Value - the number of tokens.

(Little tip if the link is blue it will take you to another wallet. If it's black it's the wallet you're in)

Using this you can see where and when things transfer. You can also find their associated wallets. I.E Tether in this wallet comes and goes from 1 other wallet. And ONLY tether is coming and going but it's not the tether contract address. So it's safe to assume this is their On/Off ramp wallet that they don't link to swaps.

How do you know? Well in their wallet you can also click the token and that will take you to the tokens wallet/contract. This is also helpful because like their KCAL purchase people bought the BSC version which is a honey pot.. you can avoid this by clicking the token in their wallet and copying the contract address. Use that to compare to the one you'd be buying or on coinmarket cap. If it doesn't match it's wrong.

Hope this helps a little bit! The beauty of crypto is that when stuff like this happens everyone can see it. Wonder what would have happened if this was done in cash...
