Good kind of day Binance community,

For today I'd like to share my story with you.

Two days ago I find out that for some reason I can't log In to my binance account and every time when I enter my email and password the system didn't let me go through and I had a constant popping up an error message that I'm using invalid account details. Well, maybe I was wrong or there are some technical issues, so I checked the correctness of my password, email, and 2FA authenticator, but everything was fine and I convinced that I check my account details correctly. Multiple times I was trying to log in, but it wasn't successful, therefore I decide to change my password, and every time when I enter the email address details I never received any confirmation letter where says that I need to click on the following link in order to reset/change the password as users usually receiving when having similar issues.

It seemed to me that my account was stolen/hacked by intruders, so I had to contact online support. I was shocked and disappointed at the same time when I understood that I have to chat with the 'bot' regarding my issues (I still can't believe that such a huge stock exchange can't afford to hire a group of support representatives). The worst thing is that the 'bot' never had a relevant option that refers to my case. There's nothing such as a stolen account, the only option they provide is to select 'unlock account' but how is it going to help in my case? Seeing that such a 'high-quality service' didn't help me at all, I sent a request to change my 2FA Aunthetificator. In a short time, I received an email from Binance US with a couple of procedures that I need to complete in order to reset 2FA such as taking a selfie, providing ID, and making a video of yourself.

Now, I need your attention, please. These are still open cases #1260953. #1260946. Binance sent me this on Saturday evening, the time when I write this post is Monday midday. I have not received any confirmation or updates regarding my request since the time when I received an email from them.

I'm worried about my account very much, I'm trying to get it back, but how can I hope for something when the binance support not even able to reply to my request and simply update me?

Binance has no reliable help such as human support who can speak to you when you're in such trouble as me, there's no online chat 24/7.

Binance, do you seriously consider this customer service and attitude to your clients acceptable?

How much time will take to reply to an email that I send you? (probably ages).
