He's correct- the transition has to happen.
But apparently he doesn't see an issue with 20-25% of supply (lost wallets) being taken by quantum computing.
That's quite the rosy take on it. I'd imagine smart money would exit ahead of this for 3 reasons.
Potential panic as wallets "wake up" at an alarming rate.
Potential panic at what the price impact could be.
Potential panic of people worrying others will panic.
I actually think there is a much better approach - that I've written about before.
I was told it was a bad idea. My guess is people either didn't get it, or didn't like the idea that quantum computing requires solutions, starting now to properly be ready without disruption.
This certainly is not a narrative, it isn't FUD.
The biggest players in the world recognize it- and that includes the CEO of Tether.
Let's stop trying to spin it, ignore it, or assume it will be managed. The time to deal with it is now.
