Since bitcoin beeing used for crime is one of the oh so important points brought up when the media talks negatively about it and governments want to regulate it, I just want to remind people that the first U.S. dollar, as it is known today, was printed in 1914 upon the creation of the Federal Reserve Bank and has since been used to fund way more crime than there is bitcoin if each coin was 10 times as expensive as it was now - many times pretty much untraceable.

If we want to take it to another level, since the inception of fiat currency a long time ago, it has been used to fund crime on all levels.
