This post is simply about future value of eth

I was a bitcoin maxi. I moved a lot of $ to eth, I still purchase a little bitcoin but more future cash flow goes to bitcoin. Here's my questions:

1. Do you believe that more and more people that hold btc will start to move towards eth? It appears that this is a much slower process than I anticipated and there's still a belief by many that eth is worthless (which I can't understand, but it's similar to many gold/silver people thinking crypto is worthless).
2. I think assets have high volatilities because humans are always fearful and greedy. It will never end. I saw this with housing. When I was 23 I saw people that made 200k a year (admittedly a good chunk of money back then) owning 10 + homes all with massive leverage and nonsensical loans. When I was 25 I saw those same homes lose 50% of their value and yet there being crickets at fire sale open houses. If this is true for eth, do you believe $700 was the bottom, or that we are NOT at the final flush out?
3. One of the most common narratives is that "the institutions are coming". That if just 1-5% of assets go into this sector, price goes bananas. I've heard this with gold, with bitcoin, etc. I hear it for etc-that in fact institutions will buy it because proof of stake is a lot more palatable than the proof of work energy perception. Do you think this is actually reasonable or a sales pitch?
4. I understand the idea of holding for 5+ years or forever...but I also understand life happens. For those who own eth, is there a price that you would sell your eth, and if so, how much of your position and why?
5. Give me your most bullish and bearish price target and why by 2025 and/or 2030.
