I don’t use Reddit all that often, so apologies if I’m not following forums rules or norms.
This morning, I attempted to withdraw all my USD (about $400) from binance.us (using the phone app) and got an error message saying “Payment method withdrawal limit is too low.” When I reached out to customer service, I was told “You can’t withdraw fiat. Sorry” with no explanation as to why. When I asked how I could withdraw, I was told to convert to crypto, and then use a wallet to move to another exchange.
I got a Coinbase wallet after that exchange and opened a Coinbase account. I tried moving BTC from binance to Coinbase wallet, but got another error message on binance that my wallet was “not valid.”
I just want to get my funds back. How? Help!
