UN vote smart contract for Putin bounty?

I haven't really written these contracts but I would expect you can build and/or logic for something like

if address X donates Z amount and address Y donates Q amount, then award address will be Q&Z

Then separate donation of Pi/100 by addresses from all the UN members, votes majority YEA, confirming address and awarding accumulated funds. With an expire cause that dumps the money into a Ukraine crypto account.

People would salivate over the glory and money.

Maybe someone like Vitalak would write it?

I'm probably overcomplicating it and I'm sure that someone else here could present a better option.

I believe more than 1 party should confirm award address. I suppose you could just give them the wallet and keys too but that makes 1 person vulnerable.

And I think it should accumulate with donations...and also make Ethereum moon.
