USA Exchanges - Any with API Support for Transferring on L2?

Hello,

Could anyone kindly provide recommendations to trusted exchanges that have API support for transferring Ethereum on other networks like Polygon or L2s?

I've checked BinanceUS, Gemini, Kraken and Coinbase. Unless if I hopefully read them wrong, it seems only Coinbase supports this via their API only available to institution accounts and not the general-public API.

I've applied for an institution account and posted feedback on the Coinbase Dev Forums, but if anyone knows of an existing API I'd be very appreciative!

Working on a project bridging assets from non-crypto native games into Ethereum, so this would be a big help as a way for players to add money to the treasury via legacy financial methods.
