Very unhelpful onboarding for enterprise/business with incorrect documentation

Unfortunately, it is completely wrong, and support staff is not aware.

I signed up normally but was forced through personal identification, I literally had no other option. All other functionality was disabled. I assumed that I had to identify personally before switching to company verification, as listed in the support article. So, now I have a personal verified account using my business email and my mobile number and no way of using these for my business registration.

As mentioned, the support article is completely wrong. If you want to sign up as a business, you instead have to click the link found on the registration page here: https://i.imgur.com/d436usG.png

Unfortunately, no one have informed the support staff of this change, and they all keep referring to that article (despite explaining multiple times that it is wrong).

I don't know what to do now. I would like to register my business. The email address I can use a different, but not mobile number.

Anyone else have experience with this?
