Want to delete my account

Hello,

I made the account and virtually received scammed. I tried to close the account however was not occurring so deleted the app long time ago. Now it's not obtainable on Google retailer and my telephone gained't permit to download the apk file for top risks. I attempted closing it from the website however it keeps saying I've to shut the pockets first which is seemingly only potential to entry from the app (stated by the client help).

Can anybody tell me tips on how to delete this account and remove my knowledge from them? The client help couldn't help.

Thanks!
