Can we create a list of active Bitcoin exchanges an American can use today?
Coinbase could be used, but with their history of supporting BCash, charging Bitcoin users higher fees than s$#@coiners, looking to overthrow Bitcoin during The Block Size Wars, and the much higher risk of being audited there, a learned investor wouldn't use Coinbase, unless absolutely necessary.
Besides Coinbase, what is available to Americans? Do we have any exchanges that have a fairly clean record for American consumers?
