When will binance execute the beth:eth 1:1 swap for Ontario users?

I've spoken with staff over chat the last few months and all they can tell me is that before January 1st (when ontario users will be locked out of binance) they will return our eth back to us at 1:1 ratio since we will be unable to continue with the binance 2.0 staking. However no one from the team ever tells me when this going to take place. Is binancd just planning on screwing over everyone from ontario? When will this swap take place? It can't be too late as I need to plan my asset management. Anyone know anything about this?
