Where can I buy a small amount of BTC without ID verification?

I need to make a small payment (~2 USD) and the payment options are either crypto or physically send them money in the post internationally in a (to me) foreign currency. I've been searching for a few days now and most of what I've come across either have high minimum purchases or want to know all of my personal info OR the purchases and money transfer is handled externally, which just seems annoying. If someone knows of somewhere I could just buy some Bitcoin without giving some random company all of my info, that would be nice.
