So afaik there's a big wallet with a lot of ETH that is being used to pay for people who work on ethereum. Who actually holds keys to this wallet? I assume it's a big multisig wallet but I couldn't find an answer to that question.
I'm asking about this because a big part of Charles Hoskinsons' critisism about Ethereum is that it doesn't have decentralized governance. I kind of believe he has a point but I also believe that if cardano goes fully decentralized people will be able to take advantage of the funds in the DAO.
At the same time this makes me wonder what ethereum is planning to do in the future and how it's being handled today. I'm not asking about projects inside ethereum that have DAOs. This is about the ethereum base layer and about who owns the funds and decides where they go.
