Why does this sub not remove scam coins shilling posts?

I'm not referring to whether or not someone considers a coin a "shitcoin". I'm referring to posts for brand new coins that have 10-20 bots commenting on the posts to shill the brand new currency, with the same posts and same comments spammed across 30 subs. It seems like it would be in the best interests of this community to remove them, but even reported posts are still up.

Is it simply too difficult to monitor? Or is the sub generally ok with these spam posts? I'm genuinely curious.
