Why don't more people talk about kraken?

Super low fees. Great fast customer service. I requested a cash withdrawal today after selling 20k in coins, paid less than 0.3% in fees and got the money in my account in 1 hour.. They don't have a million passwords and pins you have to put in when you do transactions. I was using crypto.com and you had to put in your password, do 2FA and get a code to your phone on almost every transaction. So annoying
