Withdrawing funds into bank account

Hey all. I have some bitcoin that I want to sell and withdraw to my bank account. Is there any problem with withdrawing in chunks ? Like if I have 50K worth if USD , is there any issue with doing 10K , then 20K and 20K transactions to bank account ? I’m always worried if banks will put a hold on the deposits if I withdraw all the 50K. I’m also worried if I scatter and sell them in chunks , they would suspect anything and put my account on hold. I use Wells Fargo. What’s the best plan here to make sure everything is smooth? Should I open another bank account and withdraw some into that ? Has anyone cashed out a big amount into their bank account from a crypto exchange without any issues ? Please advice.
