Back in 2016/2017 I traded crypto for quick bucks cause I didn’t have the disposables income just coming out of college.
Anyway; I always invested in my 401k the bare minimum but when everything stopped moving in 2020 I was able to really focus on my finances. I paid off all my debts and started aggressively saving towards my 401k and bout 0.1 BTC and some other crypto that rounded out to 5k , put It on a ledger and did not make any new moves until late 2024 and I’m shocked because that has out paced my 401k. Now I only save in Sats, rotate profits out of other cryptos into my BTC savings and now I’ve convinced my dad to save in BTC instead of dumping money into a high yielding savings account.
I do feel like I’m tryna catch up but knowing the possibilities with BTC, knowing the problem. It truly changed the game for me and my family.
