BNB faucet to cover a $0.60 fee ?

Hello dear fellas, I want to make a conversion but i can‘t as i dont have bnb to cover the fee, i cant afford to buy $10 worth of bnb at the moment only to pay a $0.60 network fee

Here comes the question: is there a BNB faucet that I could use to cover the gas fee ? Is there any way to get a small amount of BNB for a shrimp like me ? can‘t seem to find anything except for some scammy sites. this came to my mind because of the faucet that exists for polygon to help people with gas fees.
