cex.io: I am unable to withdraw my funds, they keep ignoring my emails

(scam alert)

Hello, to whom it may concern...

I am unable to withdraw my funds from cex.io (web or app doesn't make a difference).

There is always some cryptic "error" during the final step of the process. I tried multiple times and alternative steps.

The card I used to create and validate my account is not available to withdraw money to (why?).

I tried adding another card, they made it difficult, and in the end, I cannot withdraw money to that one either.

Support stopped replying after 1 email. It's been 2+ weeks.

I will be posting this in all relevant cex.io and crypto channels.
