Do you have any advice or guide to implement Bitcoin in a business (not merchants)?

We are a small emerging consulting business. We want to implement Bitcoin from day 1.

There is some info on how to do it for merchants, but this is not our case.

How do you manage treasury, accounting, admin, HR, etc.? How do you manage all this in both Fiat and Bitcoin?
