Dysfunctional Verification Process

I’ve been trying to get my account verified as required by Binance, and the verification process fails systematically at the SMS authentication step.

I’ve been asking for help on the Binance help desk since December 2021, and to this day the CS team has not been able to provide a solution.

I’ve tried everything CS asked me to test, did the whole verification process more than 40 times total.

I don’t know what to do, CS is not helpful at all and keeps closing the tickets and marking them as « solved » and forcing me to reopen a new ticket every week, having to tell my whole story all over again every time.

I’ve opened a total of 7 tickets over the span of 4 months and it’s frankly ridiculous that my issue has yet to be solved.
