Unable to Create Business Account. Need Clarification of Docs Required for Entity Validation.

Hi,

I am in the process of creating a company account on Binance (UK Ltd. Company) and am unsure which documents the signup process needs to me upload. I opened a support request with Binance directly and was immediately added to a chat queue for 48 HOURS - and told that if I close the chat window I will lose my place in the queue! It's almost 48 hours later and nothing has happened with the support chat.

Essentially, the 'Entity Verification' process (https://www.binance.com/en/my/settings/profile/enterprise/basic) in Binance requires a few documents. The first two are self explanatory (Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Memorandum), but the third one is very unclear. The item in question is called:

• Companies House Registry. This should be issued within the last 12 months, and include the information of current directors and shareholders.'

Having looked through the UK Companies House records for my company and also spoken to my accountant, there is no obvious document that fits the description being asked for. The only documents that I would class as 'companies house registry' are the first two that Binance already asked for (mentioned above). The only documents issued by Companies House within the last 12 months are accounting related and the 'Confirmation Statement', but neither of these 'include information of current directors and shareholders'.

Can anyone explain what Binance is looking for here?
