I got terminated from work. Blockchain could have easily avoided this

I used to be an Architect at FAANG level company, and I recently joined another tech company for the same role. I started two weeks ago, and this Friday was my last day at the recently joined company. Why did I get terminated? Apparently, HR told me I misrepresented my home location during initial job application which was incorrect. I'm currently in East Coast and the company is in the West Coast, so there's no way of me putting West Coast address for my initial application since I never lived or visited there.

Apparently, I found out that my recruiter put West coast address so as to comply with the hiring policy(favor for applicants in the vicinity) and that backfired me and I got terminated. Since every company is 'at-will' employment, they didn't change the decision.

This could potentially happen to anybody in various situations/forms where communication becomes the problem and ruthless measures are taken as a result of lack of transparency, accountability and visibility. Had the HR system ran on Blockchain, misunderstanding and confusions could have been avoided. This is a great real life example on why we need decentralized system in our democratic society.

I have been big advocate of Blockchain and have been creating my Blockchain startup(as a side project)-not a cryptocurrency - that aims to bridge the gap between real world data from Enterprise systems and blockchain technology so as to make blockchain a mainstream system for Enterprise customers. My recent happenings has pushed me to work harder to eliminate the silos in the currently implemented systems and come up with releases and prototype asap that can fundamentally change the Enterprise systems and our life for better good.
