Yesterday, I transfered about $300 Canadian to my binance account, which then showed me $292 USD in Bitcoin. It showed up in my Spot wallet. I was going to buy more crypto, but thought I'd wait for BTC to go up a bit. Checked my Spot wallet this morning and my BTC is gone. Shows 0.00. All of my other crypto investments are there, but almost $300 in BTC has disappeared. Has anyone experienced this and if so, what did you do to fix this? Have I lost my $300 for good?
I tried contacting Binance support but I can't seem to get a hold of a human being.
